If a student contacts you about access issues, the most common causes are:
- Forgotten password 🔑: The student can simply reset their password from the login page.
- Incorrect email address ✉️: If the email address entered is wrong, please contact us to correct it.
- Account not activated 🚫: If the account hasn’t been activated, you can resend them the activation email (see steps below).

If a student is having trouble accessing their account, you can resend them an activation email. Here’s how to do it if you’re an admin or teacher.
How to resend an activation email?
Steps to resend an activation email:

Log in to the admin portal with your credentials 🔑.

Find the student:
- Use the search bar to enter their email address 🔍, or
- Find them in the list of users.

Resend the activation email ✉️:
- Select the option "Resend activation email."
- You can also click directly on the student’s profile, then on the "three dots," and choose "Resend activation email."
The activation email will then be sent, and the student will be able to activate their account by following the link received. ✅
