What do the statuses "Registered", "Confirmed", "Active", and "Inactive" mean for my learners in the administrator dashboard?

These platform usage statuses describe the stages of your students’ registrations. They are visible in the "Users" tab, and then the "User List" of your administrator area.

  • "Registered" status
    When your learner has been invited to join your program, their account is created on the platform but they have not yet confirmed their registration. This means they have received an invitation email but haven't clicked the link to activate their account yet.
  • "Confirmed" status
    Once the learner has clicked the activation link in the email they received, their status changes to "Confirmed". At this stage, their account is activated, but they have not yet started using the platform.
  • "Active" status
    A learner is considered "Active" when they log into the platform and start using the training tools available to them. This status lets you know that they have begun their learning journey.
  • "Inactive" status
    The "Inactive" status means that the learner has a confirmed account but has not used the platform for some time. They can return to "Active" status as soon as they log back in and resume their activities.
