From your GlobalExam Live space on our website live.global-exam.com, you can find all your booked courses in the "My Courses" tab.
On a computer :
- Log in to your account on live.global-exam.com
- Click on My Courses in the menu at the top of the screen
- Find the list of courses you have booked
- Click on Go to Course
- Check your computer's audio and video
- Click on Join
If you have problems joining a course:
- Choose Chrome or Firefox as your browser
- Check that pop-ups are accepted in your browser
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
You can join the video courses up to 15 minutes before they start. If you click on "Join" more than 10 minutes after the course start time, you will not be able to join the course. Your credits will be used up and you will not be able to re-credit them.
If you join the course early, you will see the waiting room screen until your teacher starts the course.
If the course start time is more than 10 minutes late and the teacher has not yet made you join the course, there may have been a technical error or a teacher problem. In this case, please contact us at support@global-exam.com. We always investigate when a course is reported as not having taken place to determine the cause of the malfunction.
