You have a Basic subscription
Would you like to improve your oral skills with the help of native teachers? The Basic subscription includes unlimited access to the GlobalExam platform, without online classes. However, if you want to practise speaking, you can buy credits per pack so that you can book courses whenever you like.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Log in to your personal space
- Go to Live by clicking on Access your lessons
- Click on the Pricing tab
- In Buy credits, choose the 8-credit pack or the 16-credit pack.
- You will be redirected to the payment page. Fill in your bank details and click on Pay.
- Your new credits are visible in the top right-hand corner of the GlobalExam Live home screen. They are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
You have a Premium or Premium Plus subscription
Want to practise more? You can buy extra credits from the Pricing page in your Live area.
Here are the steps to follow:- Log in to your personal space
- Go to your Live video lesson area
- Click on the Pricing tab
- In Buy credits, choose the 8-credit pack or the 16-credit pack.
- You will be redirected to the payment page. Fill in your bank details and click on Pay.
- Your new credits have been added to your total number of credits and can be seen in the top right-hand corner of the GlobalExam Live home screen. They are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

- Individual lessons cost 2 credits for 30 minutes (4 credits for 1 hour)
- Group lessons cost 1 credit for 1 hour
- Your credits are valid for one month from the date of purchase
