- Use a computer to access our platform.
- Log on using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as a browser.
Should you have any issues with images, audio or text, we highly recommend you remove the cache from your browser.

Errors could also be due to a “doubled” account. To verify whether this is the case, please head to your user area and:
- Access the "Universe" page here
- Verify that there is no other organization with which you could be linked to
