- From the GlobalExam login portal, click on the phrase "Forgot your password? "which is located under the small padlock.
- You will then be redirected to this page where you must enter your login email address and then click on the "Send" button.
- A password reset email will then be sent to you.
- Click on the link in the reset email.
- Fill in your email address again and enter your new password. Then click on "Reset" and you will have access to your personal space.
- A green banner will confirm that "Your password has been reset".
