As soon as you have an Administrator or Trainer account under a contract with GlobalExam, you have the possibility of creating groups for your learners yourself.
From your administrator area, go to the "Groups" tab in the vertical menu on the left. Then, click "Create a group".
You can now enter the name of your group, then assign a point of contact and users to it!
You can then click on "View Group" to access your group.
Please note: the point of contact must have the status of trainer.
In the "Group" tab it is now also possible to :
- Resend an activation mail.
- Download the attendance sheets.
- Archive/activate groups.
This way you can perform a single operation for an entire group.
