Once you have an administrator’s account on GlobalExam, head to your admin area and click on the “Users” tab, followed by the “User List”.
To modify a detail pertaining to a specific student:
- Click on the email address of the selected student. You will then be redirected to his/her detailed online record:
- By clicking on the “…” to the right of the “Change” button, you will be able to:
Change the student’s password
Resend the student his/her account activation email
Log on to the student’s personal workspace
- By clicking on the“Change” button, you will be able to modify all the below information, except the student’s email address:
Don’t forget to click “Save” to ensure the changes you have made are reflected!
