You wish to log on to the GlobalExam platform, but you lost your password.
When you are on the GlobalExam homepage, under the part where you are asked for your email and password, click on "Forgot Your Password?" You are then redirected to this page where you need to enter the email address which you usually log in with, then click "Send." An email will be sent to you at this address.
After you click on the link in your email from GlobalExam, you will need to retype your email and enter your new password. Then click on "Reset" and you will be able to access your account.
A green banner will confirm that "Your password has been reset."
