It is possible that you will run into some problems while in Exam Mode.
The main causes of the problems that could occur while in Exam Mode are:
- the type of device being used
Using a tablet or smartphone could cause Exam Mode to malfunction. We recommend that you use a computer for a smoother experience.
- the type of internet browser being used
Certain internet browsers, when you are on a computer, can also be the source of problems in Exam Mode. Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are recommended.

If your problem persists even after having followed the recommendations above, please contact technical support using one of the following methods:

- via the 'Report' button in the upper right of Exam Mode

A screenshot allowing us to identify the section and the number of the question, or simply the test affected, will greatly help our team find and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
