How do I log in to the GlobalExam mobile app?

Steps to log in to the GlobalExam mobile app based on your subscription or access

 

Case 1: You have an active subscription or license


✅ Log in using your usual credentials.
❌ Can’t log in? Check the email address you used to sign up.
❌ Forgot your password? Click on “Forgot password?”, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the reset email (remember to check your spam folder).

Case 2: You have a free trial account


The mobile app is reserved for subscribers. If you’re using GlobalExam in trial mode, you must log in from a web browser.

Special case: Access via a third-party platform (company, university, etc.)


If you’re using GlobalExam via your company’s or university’s intranet, you must first activate your account by logging in once using the link provided by your organization.

✅ Already logged in once? Click on “Forgot password?”, enter your work or school email address, and set a new password.
❌ Never logged in? Visit your organization’s intranet to activate your account, then follow the procedure above.

Once your password is set, you can use it on both the mobile app and the website, without having to go through the intranet.
