🎓 How to activate licenses for your learners?🎓
Once you have an Administrator account in the context of a contract with GlobalExam, you can activate your learners' licenses yourself.
Step 1: Login to your Administration Portal 🔐
➡️ Head over to your GlobalExam dashboard.
Step 2: Go to the license management section 📊

Navigate to the “My Learners” tab in the left-hand vertical menu, then to “Account Management.” Or, from the contracts list, click on “Assign Licenses.”
At the top right, you’ll see the quantity of licenses available under the contract you have selected.
Step 3 : Create accounts 👥
You have the option to create one or several accounts at once, depending on your needs.
Add a new user manually

In the “Assign Training Content” section, fill in the required information:

Use the dropdown menu to choose one or more content items.

Choose the start date of the license(s): the same day or a later date.

If applicable, select the license duration.

Enter the new user’s email, last name, first name, and group.

Click “Add” to register the user in the users list.

Click to finalize the registration via “Assign Licenses.”
Note: Once the account is created, the learner will automatically receive an email inviting them to create a password.
Import via Excel file
You can create multiple accounts simultaneously by importing an Excel file.

In the “Assign Training Content” section, fill in required information: start date, license duration (if applicable), and the contents for each learner.

You can choose a future activation date; the account will be opened automatically on that date.

Complete the spreadsheet with your learners’ data (only the email column is mandatory).
Attention: Do not modify the template’s format or layout. -
Save the file in XLS format.

Return to your admin portal and click “Drag & Drop Excel File.”

Click “Add” to register the users in the users list.

Click to finalize via “Assign Licenses.”

As for trainers, you are autonomous as soon as your CSM has opened a (free) special trainer contract for you.
