🎓 How to activate licenses for your learners?🎓

Once you have an Administrator account in the context of a contract with GlobalExam, you can activate your learners' licenses yourself.

Step 1: Login to your Administration Portal 🔐

➡️ Head over to your GlobalExam dashboard.

Step 2: Go to the license management section 📊

  • Head to the "My learners"  tab in the vertical left-hand menu, then click on "Account management".
  • Choose the contract to apply (orange box). The stock of licenses remaining will automatically appear in the box below titled "Your stock of licenses".

 

You can create one or more accounts at the same time, in line with your needs.

Step 3 : Create accounts 👥

  • In the "Manage Access" tab, fill in the required information: start date*, subscription duration (if applicable), contentlanguage of the learner's interface, and the learner's email address.

*You can select a later activation date- the account will be opened automatically on the chosen date!

  • To assign the learner to a group, select the group in which you wish to include the learner (the group needs to have been created beforehand) from the "Group(s)" field.
  • Click "Create account" to complete the registration

NB - Once their account has been created, learners will automatically receive an email inviting them to create their password. You can receive a copy of this email by activating this option at the bottom of the form.

Create Multiple Accounts 

You can create several accounts simultaneously via an Excel file import.

  • From the "Manage Multiple Accesses" tab, fill in the required information: start date*, subscription duration (if applicable), content, and language of you learners’ interface.

*You can select a later activation date- the account will be opened automatically on the chosen date!

  • Choose the group to assign users to from the "Group(s)" field (optional)
  • Download the Excel import template

  • Fill in the document with your learners’ data (only the email column is mandatory)

  • Save the document
  • Return to your administration portal and click "Select an Excel file"
  • Choose the file to import and click "Create accounts".

And that's it—simple as that! Ready to see them succeed? 🌟
