I subscribed to the wrong space (Language Tests, Global General or Business English). What should I do?

Have you subscribed to Business English or Global General instead of subscribing to Language Tests, or vice versa?

Don't worry if you signed up for the wrong subscription!

A legal withdrawal period of 14 days is in effect: you can contact our customer support via support@global-exam.com to explain your situation. Further, you can already re-register for your desired space, and we will take care of reimbursing you for the wrong subscription. Unfortunately, we cannot change your subscription for you, as the spaces are priced differently.

If the legal withdrawal period has passed, we’ll check that you haven’t yet used your subscription. If you have, the decision to reimburse you will be at our discretion.
