You can cancel a course already booked by following these steps:
On a computer :
- Log in to your account on global-exam.com
- Access your GlobalExam Live space from the menu on your home page
- Click on My Courses in the menu
- Find the course you wish to cancel
- Click on Unregister me
- Confirm that you wish to unregister by clicking on Confirm
If you have added a reminder to your Google, Outlook or Office365 calendar, remember to remove it from your calendar
